Debby earned a dual Master's degree in Global Media and Communication from the University of Southern California and the London School of Economics. She began her journey in public affairs interning at the Taipei City Government Mayor's Office for External Affairs, where she facilitated collaboration with diverse entities to enhance the city’s foreign engagement. Her passion for cultural and social affairs drives her commitment to making a meaningful impact in these fields. She holds a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
