Lydia Kelley, Research Associate

Lydia Kelley is a Master of Public Policy student at UCLA with a background in quantitative and qualitative research. She interned for Congresswoman Norma Torres and Congresswoman Katie Porter in their district offices, elected as Student Body President, and as a two-term sorority chapter President. Kelley represents her cohort by serving on the Public Policy Leadership Association (PPLA) Board at UCLA Luskin, where she advocates for strategic policy engagement and leadership development. Her education concentration is in global processes and institutions, and she holds a Master of Science in Education from California State University, Fullerton. Her research is grounded in a commitment to advancing fair and inclusive social systems through research-driven policy solutions.
