Base Tactical is a specialized disaster recovery and grants management firm with deep experience helping cities, counties, states, healthcare systems, and other public entities navigate the complex process of rebuilding after major disasters. Founded in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the firm has supported recovery efforts following some of the nation’s most significant emergencies and has helped clients secure and manage billions of dollars in federal disaster funding through agencies including FEMA, the Federal Highway Administration, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

How we helped

Following the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires, Daley Strategies helped introduce Base Tactical’s national disaster recovery expertise to Southern California. Our team engaged local and state first-responder agencies, Los Angeles City and County departments, and other public and community partners critical to regional recovery to identify recovery needs, build relationships, and position Base Tactical as a resource for agencies navigating federal funding and long-term reconstruction.
