Who we are

This website is operated by Daley Strategies ("we," "us"). We advance causes and projects throughout Southern California. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at info@daleystrat.com.

Information you give us

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through the forms on this site:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), and message.
  • Newsletter form: your name (optional) and email address.
  • Careers form: your name, email address, area of interest (optional), any note you write, and your résumé if you attach one.

We use contact submissions to respond to your inquiry, and newsletter submissions to send you our newsletter. Careers submissions are used only to consider you for roles at our firm and to let you know when a relevant position opens; email us and we will delete your résumé and details. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How form submissions are processed

Forms on this site are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and may be forwarded to our email inbox so we can respond. Netlify processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy commitments; see the Netlify Privacy Policy.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics service (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate site traffic — for example, which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. This kind of analytics does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. We only ever see aggregate statistics, not profiles of individual visitors.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Like most websites, this site relies on a few infrastructure providers that technically receive your IP address when they serve you content:

  • Netlify — hosts the site and processes form submissions (see above).
  • Cloudflare — provides DNS and network services for our domain.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site from Google's servers.

These providers receive standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the site. We do not give them any of the personal information you submit through our forms.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our correspondence. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by contacting us directly.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected and to request its deletion — we honor these requests for all visitors, wherever you live. To make a request, email info@daleystrat.com. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
