Samantha Reed
Account Coordinator
Samantha received both a BA in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from American University in Washington, D.C. She previously worked at MissionWired, where she was a key member of their operations team, managing contract administration for political and nonprofit clients, coordinating schedules, and improving processes across the organization.
At Daley Strategies, Samantha supports a portfolio of nonprofit clients, including ETTA and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Greater Los Angeles, helping both organizations navigate the city and county government landscape here in Southern California.
Samantha has significant experience in public policy and external relations. She interned for multiple members of Congress from Southern California including Senator Kamala D. Harris, Congressman Alan Lowenthal, and Congressman Harley Rouda.
Samantha also has significant experience in politics at every level. She worked at the Democratic National Committee, and has also worked on campaigns from school board to presidential campaigns.
Through her work in California and D.C., she understands the issues that California residents, businesses, and nonprofits face daily, and she has a genuine passion for contributing to work that leaves an impact across communities.
Samantha’s work is driven by an inherent belief that our systems of government are in place to help drive positive change in society, and she is proud to contribute to that mission here at Daley Strategies.
When not at work, you can find Samantha coaching U8 girls soccer in her neighborhood, catching the latest movies, or at a concert.
